Cozy Studio in the Countryside

Come and spend a peaceful weekend in the Dijon plain, just 10 minutes from the city center of Dijon and 30 minutes from the Jura! We offer a 27 m2 apartment type T1bis fully equipped and renovated, with a private terrace. You will find a living area consisting of a small kitchen and a living room, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with hydromassage shower! You will also have some snacks and supplies at your disposal! The space In our house still under construction, you can enjoy a small cozy apartment on the ground floor with your private entrance and terrace consisting of a living room with small kitchen and standing eater as well as a quiet bedroom and a bathroom with hydromassage shower! We have a friendly approach, so you will find some snacks and supplies in your cupboards and refrigerator (included in the price of your booking) to help you out and relax as if you were at home! However, the food is not to be taken home, it is not a supermarket, the products are to be used during your stay on site under penalty of additional fees. We are also very close to animals and we will love to receive yours, do not hesitate to specify their presence and their needs when booking so that your pet is welcomed in the best conditions. Our own animals, such as our cats, walk around on the grounds. The village has a nice gravel path by the Ouche on which you can walk, while having a playground, cross-country and basketball nearby! You will also find some shops in the village and nearby (less than 5 km). Guest access You will have your own accommodation with your terrace accessible from the street. You can park in front to unload your car, and you will find free parking 10 meters from your accommodation. Other things to note Our house is still under construction, dating back to the 70s there is still a lot to do, we apologize for any inconvenience. The cupboards and the refrigerator are at your disposal according to your needs, however it is not to be taken home but to be used during your stay under penalty of additional fees being applied. We do an inventory for each guest, please replace as much as possible when you finish something. The linen in your accommodation is washed automatically in a dry cleaner after your arrival for maximum hygiene (if you come with your dog, the supplement is used to clean the blankets for example), which explains the slightly higher than average cleaning costs. Please also do not use the linen that is intended for you for your pet. Thank you for your understanding and enjoy your stay!
