This entire house, located just off historic Cherokee St., is imbued with a mid century modern vibe. Fun, spacious and homey so you can stretch out and relax. Private parking pad in back is an added bonus. Explore the neighborhood with it’s cafes, restaurants, and eclectic shops. Please note this house is located in an urban area! There are other houses all around you! While generally safe, it is an urban environment, racially and economically mixed! Please set your expectations accordingly! The space The space is fun and modern and has all the amenities to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The living room has ample seating area, a 50” tv with all streaming channel options, and a desk for work. The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed with super comfy Nectar mattress. There’s also a dressing table for getting ready for a night on the town. Should you need a full length mirror, it’s in the front hallway closet. The second bedroom has a trundle bed which separates into two twin beds and also has a seating area. The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities you could want. Appliances include Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster as well as all necessary cooking utensils. The basement has a washer and dryer if you need it as well as a space for doing your morning yoga practice. There is a patio with bistro table, a backyard for relaxing, and a parking pad for private off street parking. Guest access The entire place is yours. Enjoy! Other things to note There are a total of 4 steps up to the front door. Also please note street cleaning the last Monday of the month. NO PARKING in front of house. You can park across the street or in back.
