Don't forget, heated & cooled pool steps from your door Come to Gulf Gardens! The space This is a space for 2 guests and no more than 2. No additional guests without approval. Absolutely no smoking on premises that includes inside the condo. The beach is across the street from the condo. With access to safety walk ways on the corner. This one bedroom condo has everything you need. Fully decorated and furnished for your comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, plates, cups, and utensils. High top seating table. The fridge is full sized as well for all grocery needs. Living room has a comfortable couch perfect for cozy nights in. A coffee table with a liftable top. Living room has television. Bathroom has a walk in shower, and a mirror medicine cabinet! Bedroom has a queen sized bed and 2 wardrobes for all your bathing suits and clothes. Bedroom has a television as well. This condo has an AC unit with a remote to keep you cool during those hot Florida nights. Our community heated pool is available. There is a restaurant beach bar across the street, Caddy’s. Publix 1.5 miles away. Guest access This one bedroom condo has all you need. No need for towels or beach chairs, we have that all for you. Grill is available on the pool deck. Heated Pool icloses at sunset. Parking is free on site, no designated spots. Two televisions, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Other things to note We have a professional cleaner for after every booking. It’s important to me as a host to make sure my guests feel safe in my condo when traveling.
