Alghero Lido, holiday home with large veranda

Civico 8 bis is a modern 85-square-meter apartment with a private entrance, a stone's throw from the sea and just a 15-minute walk from the charming historic center of the wonderful Alghero. The house is equipped with all amenities: air conditioners, a large veranda with an outdoor shower, two very comfortable parking spaces, and supermarkets and essential services just around the corner. The kitchen is large and equipped with a sofa bed, the rooms are bright and spacious. We look forward to seeing you! The space The apartment is accessed through a separate entrance on a one-way street, with little traffic. The kitchen/living room is spacious and bright, equipped with all the accessories. You will find two sofas, a television, a balcony overlooking the street and a French window that connects directly to the veranda equipped with an outdoor shower, which is very useful when returning from the beach. Next is a double bedroom overlooking the veranda and a bedroom with a window facing the street, consisting of three beds (one of which is a trundle bed), wardrobes and a desk. The bathroom has a window, a shower and a washing machine. In the inner courtyard, protected by an electric gate, there are two parking spaces for free use.
