Enjoy nature, the sea, and serenity. The space The apartment has everything you need to cook: pots, pans and dishes included. Enjoy outdoor meals on the outdoor veranda, complete with table and chairs, perfect for breakfasts in the sun or dinners under the stars! Guest access The beach is about 1.8 km away and can be reached on foot, but to explore the surroundings, a car is recommended, given the lack of public transport. In the area you will find everything you need: the bar, restaurant and pizzeria "La Grotta", a supermarket, butcher, deli and numerous typical restaurants and agritourisms. Guests can take advantage of all the common areas: free parking (1 parking space per apartment), garden and Wi-Fi, to enjoy every moment of their vacation in total comfort. Other things to note The last stretch to reach the property (about 1 km) is a dirt road that can be easily traveled by car, bike or on foot. Guests have access to a common outdoor area with a ping pong table, tables and chairs, ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation. Wi-Fi is available, although not guaranteed in all areas. The water in the property is not drinkable; we recommend using bottled water for drinking. Out of respect for nature and the seasonal drought, we also invite you to use it sparingly. Any non-domestic use, including car washing, is prohibited. Upon arrival, you will find toilet paper and water available; once finished, it will be the guests' responsibility to stock up on their own.
