Perret's House

This cottage, which can accommodate 7 people, is located in Perret, in the heart of the village, near the church. Surrounded by beautiful forests and landscapes enhanced by the Monts d'Arrhée. Fishing, swimming and water activities are possible at Lake Guerlédan, located 10 minutes away by car. Bathroom towels and bed sheets are provided free of charge: the beds are ready upon guests' arrival. No cleaning fees unless the house is not returned clean. Heat pump heating. The space The house includes on the ground floor: a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a dining area, a dining room, a bathroom with bathtub, a toilet, a living room with TV equipped with an integrated Chromecast. 2 bedrooms on the first floor with a double bed, one with a crib: between each of them there is a shower with toilet. The 3rd bedroom, attic, includes 3 single beds. Outbuilding at the bottom of the garden with washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes rack. Other things to note the staircase that leads to the attic bedroom with 3 single beds, narrows at the top by 3 steps with a passage of 45 cm, but does not present any danger.
