Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1500 sq ft beach home is comfortably furnished. Relax on the upstairs balcony where you can see glimpses of the water, feel the ocean breeze, and listen to the waves. Upstairs is the kitchen, living area, master bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, private patio with hot tub, and sand fire pit area. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and lots of utensils. Regular coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and Keurig. Please bring your own Nespresso and Kcups. We provide one roll of paper towels in the kitchen and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Propane BBQ grill on upstairs balcony. (Uses mini propane tank.) Plenty of free street and off-street parking! Just park to the right side of the driveway as to not block access to the second townhouse. Perfect location close to beach access, top-rated restaurants, tourist sites such as the Monarch Butterfly Reserve, and within walking distance to downtown Pismo. Take Grand Avenue to the perfect beach entrance. Either park in the FREE parking lot or drive on to the beach (paid pass required). The left (south) side of the beach is for cars, dune buggies, and other ATV adventures. This side of the beach allows bonfires at night as well! The right (north) side of the beach is for pedestrians only, so is safe for sunbathing or building sand castles. Also a short walk to Pismo Pier. Choose your beach experience! Entire home with upstairs balcony, private downstairs patio with hot tub, and sand fire pit. Available by phone or text, or in person when needed. Great Location in the quiet northwest neighborhood of Grover Beach. A couple of blocks to the Grand beach access that still has free parking. Close enough to walk to the beach and 2 blocks from downtown Grover Beach. Less than a mile from the bustle of downtown Pismo Beach Pier. Park your car and walk to all of the restaurants and shops. City of Grover Beach Short Term Rental Permit Number: STR0001 Close (2 blocks) from the Grover Beach passenger Amtrack station (trains only run during the day).
