The owners are designers, and recently upgraded this historic apartment with clean modern interiors. Whether you are in town for work or an adventure, the "Urban Treehouse" has everything you need to enjoy the best of Denver. This unit can sleep 2 with one large Queen bed. A twin sized air mattress and a port-a-crib can also be made available for an additional guest or baby. This unit has a tub/shower, fridge, microwave, gas stove range and an assortment of coffees, teas, and cooking utensils. Please note the unit does not have a TV or cable access, though it does have Wifi. UPDATE! We recently replaced the old heater with a new quiet heating and integrated A/C system! Guest access The "Urban Treehouse" is located in a backyard accessory dwelling unit, above a garage. The main home is an 1890s historic Victorian home. You will access the unit through the side yard gate or alley gate, which have private access codes. Street parking is free and easy. Our small garage is available for storing bikes or other items but it’s too small for most vehicles.
