Alone with nature

Karakiraz is one of the villages closest to Istanbul. It's a forest village in Şile. Ömerli is between Beykoz and Şile. 4.5 km away from the sea. Our house is in a quiet valley just outside the village. It has 2 acres of land. Two-storey, fruit trees in the garden. There are dogs, cats and chickens in the garden. An ideal environment for those seeking calm and peace. You wake up to the sound of birds. The space Our house is a detached house in the forest. There are houses nearby, but not right next to each other. Located inside a 1.5 acre garden... Our garden has hydrangeas, roses, jasmines, wisterias, etc., and fruit trees such as plums, apples, pears, raspberries, grapes. It's humid and damp because it's in the woods. And of course, all kinds of bugs live with us. I would like to specifically mention this because some of our guests have complained about spiders, ants and dampness. Guest access Our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen, and a huge living room. While the inside of the house is cool in summer, it can cause problems in winter due to the lack of heating. Because it also has a high ceiling. Our terrace covered with a glass balcony is at the service of our guests. And there's a garden on all four sides of the house with every shade of green. The garden is exclusively for our guests. We also have a parking lot for two or three cars. Other things to note We've hosted many guests for about 3 years. While 95 percent of our guests expressed their satisfaction, some expressed their complaints. The biggest complaint was about the heating in winter. Since our living room is large and has a high ceiling, heating can be a problem. Hopefully, we will solve this problem this year. The other complaint is about bugs and dampness. Of course, the house is cleaned before and after each guest, but we are immersed in nature. Our long-term guests have observed that the spiders come back within 2-3 days. Other complaints are also taken into account immediately.
