Budget Room 2

We have 5 individual rooms all designed differently in the same property all with private bathrooms, A/c, etc. This is a budget room in the front of the building entrance. 2 bottles of Filtered water replenished daily. Tea/Coffee kettle with supplies replenished daily. Home cooked breakfast. Home cooked and fresh Lunch/ Dinner is available on chargeable basis. ( to be ordered 2 hours prior ) You have to cross some old broken houses before you enter the gate to Serene Waters from the main road. The space We are just 2.8kms away from the main city of Goa, the capital of Goa, Panaji. Serene Waters is very homely place and the staff are very friendly, that's how we make our place HOME AWAY FRO HOME. This room is at the front building entrance with a little garden and a small shared balcony. Serene Waters Room 2, is a private room located on the ground floor in the same property along with 6 other individual rooms. Each room comes with a Queen-sized bed for 2. The room has an attached private shower cum toilet and is air-conditioned and comes with fresh linens, towels and shower gel, Shampoo just for you. 2 bottles of water, Tea/ coffee kettle replenished daily. Partly furnished with Air-Conditioning and a Wardrobe Able to host 3 guests with the provision of an extra mattress. (provided when booking is made for 3 guests, beddings included) All rooms are different from other with a beautiful Scenic View. We can accomodate upto 20 pax in our entire property in different rooms. Break fast timings strictly to be maintained. 8.30 - 9.30 a.m. Reading books from the library once taken are to be placed back in place once you finish reading. Please take care of everything at Serene Waters the same way you would like your place to be maintained. Guest access Guest has access to the pool, Riverfront Sit outs, Terrace deck, Carrom place and Play room ( only for Children below 9 ) library books, hammocks. During your stay We at Serene Waters are very friendly and has friendly staff. Jacqueline and I are mostly available during the breakfast. Please feel free to discuss your itenary and Goan delicacies. We interact with our guests and are always around most of the time. Please call 88 from the room for any Services. Other things to note We have splash swimming pool with infinity in the river, Pedal boats during season time ( chargeable ), Fishing lines on prior request ( Chargeable ) Carrom, Library. Otters view if you are lucky, crab catching, lots of migratory birds, Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary is 10minutes by walk or 5 minutes away by cycle to the ferry point and sail across the river Mandovi (free ferry ride) to reach the destination. rent a bike or car / taxi services are available on request or prior notice.
