Imagine 14 of your closest family and friends staying at this historic estate overlooking the Catskill mountains here atop Margaretville mountain. The estate has two barns for entertaining. Hi folks, we are offering the Margaretville Barn at the Margaretville Mountain Inn 1886 located in Margaretville, N.Y. for your family and friends to gather with its turn of the century barn. Included in the price: 1 barn (venue), 7 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms with lodging for 14 for two days and breakfast for 14 for two days prepared by yours truly, the Innkeeper. Also included: 2 living rooms, bonfire, arbor located in the upper field. All located on 20 acres overlooking the Catskill mountains. The Estate also has an 80 foot wraparound porch with views of the beautiful Catskill mountains, perfect for family gatherings and reunions or weddings. The Barn is open from May-October. An onsite officiant is available upon request for an extra fee. Also, for an extra fee our in house coordinator will help you through the planning process, this service is limited. Additional housing is available and listed on this site for up to 90 people. More lodging available in the surrounding area. Please note: there is a two night minimum. The cost is $5500.00 for 2022-2023 event/ wedding season. Holidays and holiday periods are an additional cost of $1000. Price above includes two nights lodging with breakfast for 14, use of the barn with 8 feet tables and wooden chairs for one day, all enough for 125. Additional cost for over 125 people in the amount of $20 pp, Also included is a bonfire for your personal use, and use of the white arbor set up in the field for your ceremony with white ceremony chairs. Cheers, Carol You, your family and your friends will have access to the barn. The barn has tables and chairs for your use and a large firepit in the back of the barn. The other large Barn can be used as a photo opportunity or as a backdrop with your family and friends. Access within the house will not include the dining room and some personal areas. Housekeeping will be provided as well as security and parking for your gathering or family reunion. Living onsite and will be working the gathering. The Catskill mountains, need I say more! Car. We do have a private car service for your guests in the area or a bus company can be hired. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if we feel they are abusing the estate and without a refund.
