Hamulovica is a dream holiday home for couples or family with children who wants to enjoy in 4 stars/ 60 sqm high quality of accommodation and location in old centre of Zlarin. No other guests nor host in this house! There's no cars on Zlarin! The space The house consists of a basement and two floors. On the first floor is the kitchen and living room, while on the second floor is a bedroom and a bathroom. Main entrance in the house is over a small terrace. Second entrance leads directly to the basement which is comfortably cool and can be used by larger company or simply as place for bikes. 4 persons can be accommodated in the house - two in the bedroom on the first floor and two on the expandable sofa in the living room. There is also a portable children’s travel bed with a mattress. This is a 4-star suite. The house was completely renovated in 2012 and furnished with items from the family history, as well as modern equipment, such as an air conditioner, a satellite TV, an oven, a washing machine, a small fridge with freezer, etc. Altogether 60sqm. Guest access This house is completely at disposal for guests. Located in the heart of the oldest part, it is not only easy to come, but everything will be at hand. You will be in touch with real life of small settlement but in touch with sea. Other things to note Zlarin locals of all generations like to party. It is very vivacious and cheerful in Zlarin in the period from July 25 to August 15 and the house is in the centre of events. Therefore, if you prefer peace and quiet place, you should come during some other periods when it is very quiet on the whole island. And on the contrary -- if this vividness if what you are after - this is a time for you. Stated prices are charged per day/house and sojourn tax is not included in the price. Maximum 4 persons can stay in the house. A lower price can be agreed for a longer stay. An advance should be paid during booking and it is 30% of the total price. You can pay the rest of the money upon your arrival. We welcome guests after 2 p.m. and our guests should leave the house by 12 p.m. so that we can clean up. The time of your arrival will be adjusted with timetables of ships from Sibenik or Vodice. We welcome all our guests at the Zlarin waterfront, and help you with luggage and accomodation. You can leave your car at a parking lot in Sibenik for 4,6€ per day, 5-10 minutes walking from ship. ARRIVAL TO ŠIBENIK BY CAR: highway A1 from Zagreb. Follow directions to Split, exit Sibenik. BY PLANE: Split Airport: 54 km from Sibenik; Zadar (Zemunik) Airport: 89 km from Sibenik Taxi and bus connect airports with Sibenik. BY BUS: Sibenik is well connected with bus lines with all other Croatian cities.
