Gypsy Wagon, Curio Bay, Catlins.

Fully self contained gypsy wagon located close to beach of Porpoise Bay. No ocean views but beach is 2min walk. Super king size luxury bed. Very tidy inside. Cooking facilities. Log burner with wood supplied. Outdoor BBQ. Linen/towels included. This accommodation is located on our property beside our house. The toilet/shower room (converted water tank) is located 9 meters away from the gypsy, a short walk across the grass lawn. Our gypsy wagon can sleep 2 adults plus one small child in one bed The space The gypsy wagon is 9 meters long, it has a private outdoor BBQ covered area with seating. At nights, you can hear the waves breaking on the beach and the penguins calling out your name. Its a very quiet relaxing location. Kitchenette comes supplied with a twin hotplate electric cooker, microwave, fridge, pots, plans, plates & cutlery etc. The wagon is heated by a log burner/fire. It also has electric heating. All bed linen, duvet bed covers & towels, tea, coffee, sugar & cooking oil is supplied free of charge. The gypsy wagon has no running hot water inside, only cold water, you need to boil hot water in the electric jug supplied. The outside shower has hot water. We also have a portacot for your use free of charge. Free Wifi is available. I do not think this is suitable for senior citizens or elderly people due to toilet/shower located outside from the wagon. Due to super king size bed it can sleep 2 adults and a small child. Guest access Full private BBQ area with seating, table and BBQ with propane supplied. Other things to note We also operate Catlins Surf hire within the Curio Bay holiday park. Its only a 10min walk from this accommodation.
