It is an old stone house completely renovated, with kitchen and living area, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside, the veranda overlooks the garden and is perfect for enjoying lunches and evening barbecues. The house has a private garden with a private parking space. The space Le Tre Pietre is an ancient property consisting of two small stone houses and a manor house, in the middle of a natural paradise on the Costa Smeralda between Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia and San Pantaleo, about 22 km from Olbia, along a path once traveled by wagons, which stopped here to unload wheat and load the bread baked in the two ovens still in existence, to be then distributed to the neighboring villages. Inside the property, there are some large granite rocks, hence the name "Le Tre Pietre" (Three Stones), among which, on one, due to its particular concave shape, the farmers cleaned the ears of wheat with the help of the wind that dispersed the waste parts. Today, this same granite has become a popular solarium, especially in the intermediate seasons, when it releases the heat accumulated by solar radiation and makes a beneficial and healthy warmth to the body, one of the most sought-after features by our guests. The surrounding land consists of granite rocks softened by meadows and Mediterranean scrub rich in typical plants and aromatic herbs such as wild myrtle, rosemary, lavender and fennel, juniper, strawberry tree, olive tree and oak that make this air rich in oxygen, dry, very pure and fragrant. The restoration of the stone houses, in Gallurese "stazzu", took place in a scrupulous way, through the recovery of the original stones, respecting the orientation and position deriving from millennial local knowledge such as exposure to the sun and winds, the presence of drinking water, the proximity of meadows for grazing.
