TV - Wi-Fi, table and chairs, cupboard. A kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator (the freezer part is private), washing machine. Coffee, tea, water, orange juice available. A bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. Bed linen and bathroom linen provided. Iron available as well as a mini ironing board. Toiletries available. The accommodation is located 400 m (7 min walk) from the RER B station: Palaiseau-Villebon. If you come by car, a large free parking lot is available right in front of the house. A supermarket is located 5 minutes away by foot, a pizzeria and several restaurants nearby. The Ballade de l'Yvette is a 5-minute walk away. Guest access Welcome to my studio. You have access to the entire accommodation (bedroom/kitchen/bathroom-toilet), through a completely independent entrance. I live upstairs and am available for any further information. Other things to note The accommodation has a low ceiling (2m) so it is not practical for very tall people.
