You'll also enjoy a thoughtful collection of local restaurant, event and activity recommendations. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ HOUSE RULES: - No smoking of any kind, anywhere on the property (including outside or in backyard) - Please no unauthorized guests, pets or parties - No personal mail delivered to the house - Communication with host/co-host must occur in the app messenger (no text or calls please) CHECK IN / OUT HOURS: - Check in no earlier than 3pm - Check out no later than 11am QUIET HOURS: - 10pm to 7am FEES: - Smoke smell removal $800 minimum - Excess/party/pet cleaning fee $500 minimum - Missing or ruined towels, pillows, linens etc $10 each - Smoke detector tampering $300 minimum - Other property damages will be assessed at actual cost. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property except for the garage, shed and basement. There is ample parking, both on the driveway or on the street. Other things to note You may see myself or landscapers outside doing yard work with no notice. You may also see my laundry service picking up or dropping off laundry from the bin located in the backyard. The basement stairs are just to the left of the back door as you exit the house, so please use caution stepping down to the patio in the backyard.
