Other things to note When you book you accept the Rules, terms and conditions: · Any form of subleasing is not allowed. · The apartment is used as it is, ie. as it appears and is used by the owner. It is not allowed to drill holes, paint or to do any other type of customization to the property. · A maximum of 4 people are allowed to stay at the apartment. Pets and animals are not allowed at the apartment. · It is not allowed to hold events or any kind of parties in the apartment or anywhere on the property. (Breaking the rules will result in immediate termination of the rental period without a refund and you will be fined) · The apartment must be treated gently, considerately and carefully. · No smoking or wearing shoes inside the apartment. No loud noise from 23:00 to 08:00. · The wardrobe in the master bedroom is locked and may not be opened or used. (There is an additional big wardrobe in the guest room and other storage available and suitable for 4 people) · Kitchen knives, wood utensils and fine porcelain may not be washed in the dishwasher. · All entrances must be closed and locked and all the lights must be turned off at all times when leaving the apartment. · All damaged and missing things and furniture as well as any kind of damage to the apartment is fully compensated by the guest. · The apartment must be handed over completely cleaned and tidied when the rental period ends. Cleaning personel is available. It is required to pay an additional fee of DKK 600 at check in for the checkout cleaning personnel services. · The tenant can be required to read, fill and sign a private rental contract stating the agreement of the Rules, terms and conditions, rent and rental period.
