The space Features A very elegant and well-equipped old stone house in the quiet village of Savignac-de-Miremont. The house has a lovely view of beautiful forests and valleys that takes peacefulness to a new level. Though the house is located in the small, private village of Savignac-de-Miremont, all amnesties are within short reach, as the village of Le Bugue is just 7 km away. Le Bugue is situated on the banks of the Vézère river and has a large market every Tuesday. Furthermore, a grand supermarket is located in Le Bugue as well as a bakery, tennis courts, a DIY shop with pool accessories, banks, restaurants, and much more. The stone house technically consists of two houses – the main house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, and two living rooms, and a second house that you walk through to get to the pool terrace area with the large pool. The pool area has the most beautiful views over forest and valleys. The second house has a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, sink, microwave and kitchen utensils/supplies etc. Furthermore, there is a washing machine and a dryer for your use. The house comprises two master (double) bedrooms and one twin bedroom (which can be made into a double). The two master bedrooms have both en-suite bathrooms and the twin bedroom has a separate shower room just next door. There are two living rooms featuring a TV and a stereo, a large kitchen with a dining table and 8 chairs. Plenty of space for eating and playing games, which are also available. There are several terraces connected to the house, which allows guests to catch the light of the sun any time of the day – morning, noon, afternoon, and evening. There is a small terrace by the front door of the house, which drinks up the morning sun – a great place to drink coffee. The seconds terrace is located between the two houses. This is a large terrace with a beautiful view and a large table with 8 chairs and a parasol. The third terrace is located in the garden between the two houses and have a swing sofa (in French: balancelle). Another terrace is by the poolside, which also features a large table with accompanying 6 chairs and a parasol to provide shade. As the sun is present through the day on this terrace, 6 deckchairs and parasols are available for those who want to get a tan or read a book in the sun by the pool. A covered patio is located in the back of the two houses. Here it is possible to relax (tables and chairs are also available) in the shade or play a game of ping pong.
