This is a beautiful, renovated place. One bedroom suite on the second level in our 3-story house, queen bed + a full sofa bed, flat screen cable TV + Netflix, breakfast area. Stunning Views! Parking! The space Enjoy a beautifully renovated one-bedroom private suite in San Francisco with always-available free street parking, stunning city views, and excellent access to public transportation. The suite is located on the second level of our quiet three-story home in an upscale residential neighborhood and offers space, privacy, and comfort that are rare in the city. The suite comfortably accommodates up to four guests and includes a queen-size bed, a full-size pull-out sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with Comcast cable and Netflix, fast Wi-Fi, and a breakfast area. It is well suited for leisure travelers, business guests, and extended stays. If easy parking, a large comfortable space, and stunning views appeal to you, this is a great alternative to cramped rooms with no parking and windows facing a wall. This spacious 450-square-foot private suite has its own separate entrance, providing privacy and independence throughout your stay. The living area includes a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. Please note that there is no stove. A closet is available for suitcases and hanging clothes. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with a Euro pillow-top Simmons BeautyRest mattress, as well as a full-size pull-out sofa bed with a memory-foam mattress. The unit has a full bathroom with a shower over a bathtub. Towels, linens, a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. For entertainment and comfort, the suite includes a flat-screen TV with cable and Netflix, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and bright southern exposure with open city views. Guests are also welcome to use the backyard for relaxing, reading, or enjoying a meal outdoors. Guests choose this place for its always-available free street parking within 50 yards, a large and comfortable private suite with a separate entrance, stunning open city views instead of windows facing a wall, a quiet upscale residential neighborhood, and excellent access to public transportation. The location offers quick access to both San Francisco International Airport and downtown, approximately a 20-minute drive, and is walkable to groceries, shopping, and dining. Within walking distance you will find Safeway, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Walgreens, and Target. Stonestown Galleria, a large shopping mall with over 125 stores including Nordstrom, Macy’s, Apple, and Uniqlo, is about a 10- to 15-minute walk away, with an uphill return. Public transportation is excellent. The home is just a few blocks from bus lines 23, which offers easy BART connections, and 43, as well as Muni Metro trains on Ocean Avenue. Uber and Lyft are readily available within minutes. A pleasant 15-minute walk brings you to the West Portal neighborhood, which offers a wide variety of international dining options, a movie theater, cafés, bookstores, produce markets, banks, a post office, FedEx, UPS, salons, an Irish pub, and specialty shops. West Portal Muni Station provides direct train access to downtown and other parts of San Francisco. No smoking and no pets. Corporate and extended stays are welcome.
