The space 2 story home with recently remodeled kitchen and upstairs bath. Air conditioned, 3 beds: two queen, one full. Sheets and towels included. Two bathrooms: one upstairs, one downstairs. Living room with piano and vinyl records, dining room, library nook, office with printer. Charcoal grill and fire pit in yard. Fully functional kitchen with percolator coffee pot, microwave, oven, stove, fridge pantry basics such as coffee, tea, oatmeal. Screened porch and back porch, hammock. Guest access Rental includes the entire house, driveway, and yard. Outbuilding not included. Other things to note No phone. No washer or dryer - laundromat about 2 miles away. Puzzles, books, VHS, DVDs, vinyl records and games available. Some breakfast basics available to get you started (coffee, tea, oatmeal). We occasionally (2-3x per year) bring our dog to this house so I have checked the box for "pets live here" for people who might be extremely allergic to dogs.
