Discounted bus pass for daily, weekly and monthly commuters. Perfect for a couples romantic escape or for a busy professional/writers/artist much needed rejuvenating and creative escape. Best suited for singles or couples but can accommodate up to 3 guests, ...One queen bed and sofa make it most suitable for 3. Use of indoor wood stove with permission only. Close-by, and always just a phone call or email away. Peaceful farming community, long and winding quiet street with few homes, ideal for long morning runs. Closest airport is Binghamton, NY (45 min away) Scranton, PA, and LGA (LaGuardia NY). We highly recommend 4 wheel or all-wheel drive if renting a car. Most of drive in is highway but our 1/4 mile driveway is up our little mountain. Cottage is only 2 miles from town center. We love biking in town and down Delaware River along I-10 which our street intersects with. This is rustic cottage in the mountains, As its so beautiful and our time to "escape" this world, relax and rejuvenate. Guests have access to Basic WI-FI and wireless internet hotspot with a data boost (at an extra cost) when they do need to plug-in and it’s been rated adequate to good for average usage and light streaming by our guests and ourselves. If you know you require Hi-Speed for streaming work-related activities we highly recommend bringing your own hotspot or device that you know best and we recommend going the 2 miles into town. As we’re still tucked away in the mountains: tree cover, weather and other devices also online may affect your access and The town library also offers computer access and all business needs (fax, copier) and of course you’re welcome to set up your own in- home personal office... Cellular phones have good service with AT&T or Verizon. If you are a long term summer guest ( 3 months or more) we will accommodate every need we can in every regard with advance booking.
