Beautiful high meadow location on two acres. Pavement to driveway and less than a minute from some of the best riding/viewing the Hills have to offer. The space 700sq. ft. studio. Full kitchen, futon, queen sized bed, full bathroom, walk-in closet, 108 sq. ft. glass door with view of horses in the Black Hills, whiffleball field & barbecue to name a few. Queen sized Murphy bed, futon and air mattress available. Guest access The bed is a queen size 'Murphy Bed'. To release the bed, you must lift up on the 'feet' (have handles on them), and pull the bed down. Feel free to use the barbecue and wiffleball field as desired. There are balls and bats in the toy box in the backyard. The toolbox closest to the fireplace is host to a myriad of crafting and art materials, feel free to use them to create something memorable! WiFi internet access available. Trash is hidden on the left side of kitchen bar counter. Other things to note Perfect getaway for 1-4 people (though not separate rooms). Please dispose of women's hygiene products in waste receptacle and not the septic system.
