The home is on a quiet street in Port Charlotte Florida. There is a screened in pool in backyard with no adjacent properties (lots of privacy). There is lots of shopping and restaurants. Rental payments and/or deposit payments not received by the outlined due date on your contract, may result in cancellation. A refundable security deposit of $150 is required on each individual reservation and is due immediately upon receipt of your confirmation. Your deposit may be paid by Cash, Cheque VISA or MC. We will retain the deposit for 5 weeks after your departure date from the home. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AMOUNT DOES NOT APPLY TOWARDS THE TOTAL RENT PAYABLE. If you pay your deposit by Visa or MC, a debit will be made to your account. It will be refunded via a credit to your Visa or MC at a later date. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $50.00 CHARGED ON EACH CANCELLATION RECEIVED ONCE THE ORIGINAL CONFIRMATION HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND MAILED/FAXED
