Sunny and spacious apartment in the middle of a green residential area! 10 minutes from the airport by car, 15 mins by bus ! The space Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and freezer, all kitchen utensils, many spices and basic ingredients for real cooking and baking! Bathroom with bath tub and washing machine, separate toilet. Living room with flatscreen TV, armchairs and comfortable sofa, little „dining“ room and space to relax and read (or work) on the former balcony. Big bedroom with double bed and window to a little river where you hear the toads in spring and birds singing in the morning. Wake up as if you were in nature! There are two extra beds: one in the bedroom (90x200) and the sofa in the living room converts into a 120x200m bed. So the apartments sleeps up to 4 people, but 3 without the need to convert the sofa every evening. Aircondition maks your stay comfortable in summer, a strong heating and new windows keep you warm in winter. We have fast internet so you can stream movies, do Voice over Ip calls or get some work done. The dining table doubles as a comfortable workspace next to a window with a view into the green. Your home away from home is in a very quiet neighbourhood, the last house in the row, directly next to a river with a lot of green inbetween the houses. There is a playground 50m away, so your kid(s) will be entertained. We love pets, so bringing your furry friends is no problem.
