Welcome to this one bedroom, two bathroom Main Street Station condo that is perfect for a small family, couple, or friends. Main Street Station has an unbeatable location for exploring everything Breckenridge has to offer. The Quicksilver chairlift is a couple hundred feet away. All of the shops, restaurants and bars on Main Street are walking distance from the condo. The condo itself is well-equipped and a great space for groups up to four! The space This 1 one bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a spacious layout that can comfortably accommodate groups of four. The bedroom has a queen size bed ,a sofa bed and an en suite bathroom with shower/tub, and double sink vanity. The second bathroom is located near the kitchen and has a shower/tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a chef needs to prepare a meal. There is a breakfast bar with two countertop seats and a dining table with seating for four. The living room has comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, and access to a small patio with a view of the slopes! Lastly, there is a complimentary washer and dryer in the condo for guests to use. In addition to the well-equipped condo, guests will have access to wonderful amenities. There is an on-site fitness center, pool, hot tub, concierge service and 24-hour bell and front desk. The condo includes one garage parking space. Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C. Breckenridge STR License Number:473240001 Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo, one parking space, pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Other things to note Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay. Front desks are available only for check-in and check-out purposes. They can assist with questions related to amenities such as hot tubs and directions around the complex. The front desk cannot assist with maintenance or cleaning related issues. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. "We want to inform you of upcoming changes regarding resort and parking fees at Water House, effective May 1, 2025. Resort Fees $25 per night for paying guests. Reservations made before March 15, 2025, for stays after May 1, will not be subject to this fee. If your reservation qualifies for exemption, please ensure your rental management company notifies MSS Management before March 15. Parking Fees $35 per night for paying guests. Guests can pay for parking via the Breck Park website, app, or onsite kiosk in the garage. Reservations made before March 15, 2025, for stays after May 1, will not be charged this fee. Owner Exemptions Homeowners will not be charged resort or parking fees. To ensure smooth access, owners should register their license plate and state with MSS Management. If using a rental car, details can be provided at check-in. More details will be shared as we approach the implementation date.
