Our home is located in the central neighborhood of Lakewood--right next to City Hall and the Lakewood Towne Center. This room is located in the renovated part of our house. It spacious and is well kept. The bathroom is right across the hall, and is reserved for guest use. This room has a queen sized bed and is able to hold two guests. It is kept well and is cleaned regularly. We provide fresh sheets, a comforter, a throw, and pillows. It is quite spacious and has a comfortable, fresh environment. The bathroom is also regularly cleaned and is reserved for our guests. It is a three-quarter bathroom, including a sink, mirror, toilet, and a standing shower. Fresh towels and washcloths are available as well. Two shared bathroom one just for men and one for ladies. Our guests are given keys to the front door and their room door when they arrive. They have access to both living rooms where they are welcome to lounge. We also offer fridge space if needed. Parking in our driveway is available as well. Parking on the street is unavailable from 11am-3pm for the convenience of the mailman, any other time you are welcome to park there. My husband and I work mornings and through part of the day. We are always home at night and will always be available for check-in. We are in central Lakewood, and right next to the Lakewood Towne Center. It has many restaurants and food options. We are also near Lakewood's international district, where there are many local restaurants and markets to check out. Please ask us for recommendations--we'll be happy to give! We are located just minutes off I-5 (take exit 125/127), and right next to a bus stop that connects to the Lakewood Towne Center transit.Our Location is 15 minutes drive to JBLM and also close to Madigan Hospital. You are able to park in one lane of our driveway, and along the street. If parked on the street, please be aware of the mailman that comes around 12pm--you will need to move your car if you're blocking the mailbox. We do ask that shoes are removed at the door and either left inside next to the door, or brought to the room.
