The House is near to the sea (the sea can be seen from the living room and main bedroom) and to the town center. The villa is located in the historical neighborhood of Villers sur mer and is 6 km far from Deauville / Trouville. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom, there is also a large bathroom on this floor. On the 1st floor are the dining room / kitchen and the living room with access to the garden. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom: - bedrooms 3 and 4 with pull-out beds (either configuration 1 single bed, or configuration 2 single beds side by side). - bedroom 5 with 2 bunk beds -access to the house and the courtyard of the house are on the ground floor below the garden.
