First Floor in a Villa by the Sea with a Tennis Court

Arenella Beach - In a huge Mediterranean garden with a tennis court by the sea and direct access to the beach is Villa Nilssen, divided into 2 independent floors, both with beautiful views and white porches framing the terraces. The parking lot of the property is in the back, on the mountain side, where the bocce court is also located. A ping-pong table is available on request. The two apartments can be rented either separately or together. The space 1st Floor / Penthouse: The apartment on the 1st floor / upper floor has an independent external access staircase. Super-panoramic terrace with a breathtaking view of the bay of Arenella and Monte Argentario complete with outdoor furniture: table with benches and sun loungers. Inside there is a living room with a kitchenette equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stovetop and electric oven, dining room, a bathroom with shower, and 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and a bedroom with two single beds that can also be accessed from the terrace. We rented the apartment on the second floor, which offers a beautiful view of the bay of Arenella. The sea is within walking distance and can be reached from the park surrounding the villa. The beach and rocks of Arenella are perhaps the most beautiful on the island. The house is nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. The highlight is definitely the large terrace, perfect for sunbathing and reading a book! The village of Porto del Giglio is a few minutes away by car. The owners provided us with a lot of support, thanks to the presence of the on-site guardian who gave us many suggestions and, when a small inconvenience occurred, immediately proceeded to send someone to repair it.
