Please be aware this is our home. and we do live here. The space As we enter our 10th year of hosting, we are taking all safety precautions and have the highest standards for cleanliness. We are both fully vaccinated. The guest suite is on the second floor and consists of a bedroom with queen size bed and dresser, a private, attached bathroom with sink, toilet and tub/shower combination, and a sitting room. The sitting room was a sleeping porch when the house was built 100 years ago but is now enclosed with large windows that overlook the backyard. The space contains a sofa and book case and an electric heater. There is a small tv with Netflix, Amazon prime for 1000s of movies and tv shows and an alarm clock. The bedroom has a window ac unit in the summer months. The bedroom also contains a Keurig coffee maker with several different kinds of coffee. The house has WiFi. Please be aware, this is our home and we do live here. Guest access Kitchen, washer and dryer, living room, front porch with swing. Private, convenient, off-street parking available for 1 car. Street parking is readily available and located in front of the house. During your stay Monday-Friday, a light homemade continental breakfast (granola, fruit, homemade pastry, muffins etc) will be left in the kitchen starting about 6:30 am. On weekends, if desired, we will make a full gourmet breakfast, such as French toast, bacon, fruit, etc. We have many vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options for breakfast, both on weekends and Monday-Friday. We interact with guests as much or as little as desired. Please be aware that this is our home, and we do live here. Other things to note Please be aware, this is our home and we do live here. We have two cats: Lucy is very friendly and loves people and Charlie is very shy and probably won't come out of the basement during your stay. They are indoor only cats and may not be let outside. Please note that there are 6 steps to reach the back entrance, there is a handrail. The guest suite is located on the second floor and can only be accessed by approximately 15 carpeted stairs. There is a hand rail.
