Apartment 600 meters from the beach! Situated in Prainha Village private area, with direct access to the beach. Safe location, perfect for a family or friends looking for a place to have fun and relax. The area has three pools, gardens with beautiful views, restaurants, a tennis and paddle court and it's surrounded by the best golf courses in the region. Two bedrooms, a spacious living room, equipped kitchen and a private terrace. Netflix and 24h security during the summer. The space The apartment has one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, a spacious living room with two sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace with a Weber barbecue. We provide free parking on site. The barbecue must be used with Weber briquettes only. The briquettes are available for guests upon request at the check-in or during your stay. It has a cost of 15€ per bag (4kg). Each bag can be used approximately three times. If you have any questions about its use you can always contact us. We appreciate that guests clean the grills after using the barbecue. Tourist tax charged by the government and whose value is requested after booking and data collection: The tax is charged per person/night in all tourist resorts and local accommodation establishments, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person/stay . The fee applies to guests aged 13 or over, and is applied throughout the year in accordance with the stipulated values: - €1 per night per person up to a maximum value of 7 consecutive nights/person, between 1 November and March 31st – low season. - €2 per night per person up to a maximum value of 7 consecutive nights/person, between April 1st and October 31st - high season. For stays equal to or greater than 28 days, the law does not require any intermediate cleaning, but it will be mandatory to carry out at least one weekly cleaning through our partners, at a cost equal to what is advertised in the house for the final cleaning. No Third-Party Service Providers For safety, insurance, and building regulation purposes, only registered guests are allowed to access the property at any time. Access is strictly prohibited to any third-party service providers, including but not limited to massage therapists, chefs, beauty technicians, photographers, or similar. Please be aware that no refunds or reimbursements will be issued if you are forced to cancel a service due to this policy.
