Upon being raised to the surface, she was deemed uncertifiable for commercial operations. She was bought and taken into Sumay Cove. She was converted into a 2- bedroom houseboat. Anchoring your boat or jets skis in front of property available at no additional cost, and enjoy the protected lagoon all day long. The space The QM sits on the most picturesque land in the most charming village on Guam, Merizo. This Guam landmark is resort living at it's finest. Guest access The boat and surrounding areas are all yours! You can visit the property owner in his tiny house next door and meet the most interesting people in the southern community. Other things to note You can pull up with your watercraft and anchor right off shore. We can also help you charter a boat.
