Beautiful apartment in the historic center of Assisi. It is a stone's throw from the church of Santa Chiara, the cathedral of San Rufino and the town square. We are in the upper and quieter part of the center. Please read the entire description before booking. The space The apartment is large and bright. It's about 180 square meters. The entrance is on the second floor. Approximately 25 steps from the ground floor. The apartment is on three floors. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, an attic with a sofa bed, and an entrance hall. The mattresses are made of memory foam. The bedrooms are arranged as follows: the 'blue room' has a queen-size bed and a single bed, with a bathroom on the same floor; the 'room with a view' has two single beds and a small bathroom on the same floor, on the third floor. In the attic, there is a double bed and a double sofa bed. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook, an induction hob, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. In the living room there is a table also suitable for large groups, a space to eat and relax after a beautiful day in Assisi. Guest access Guests will have personal and exclusive use of the apartment. Please note: There are 25 steps to reach the apartment entrance. The apartment itself is spread over three floors. There is no parking on the premises. We are located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL). You can access the historic center by car only at certain times. The main paid parking lots (Matteotti, Mojano, Porta Nuova) can be reached with a short walk. Other things to note I'll provide the assisicard that will give you discounts for parking, museums, etc. IMPORTANT The apartment is located in the historic center of Assisi. ZTL: Limited Traffic Zone. Access by car is only possible at certain times. There is no parking on the premises. The city's main paid parking lots (Parcheggio Matteotti, Mojano, and Porta Nuova) are nearby, within a short walking distance. for national directives, it will not be possible to turn on the heating before November 7 and after April 15.
