Ideal for kids: bathtub, garden, goals, ping-pong, chickens... Wi-Fi. Barbecue. It offers great privacy and tranquility. Landscaped area with outdoor table. Pets accepted. The space It is a self-built house in a bioclimatic way trying to achieve maximum energy efficiency and using largely environmentally friendly materials (wood, straw, mud, hemp, lime...). It has a large porch with a dining table and a hammock to relax looking at the Almanzor peak. On the farm there is one hectare of olive groves, fig trees and other fruit trees. The property is not fenced. On the same property (although with a lot of independence from the house) there is a yurt in which Rafa lives and another house in which I live. Guest access The house enjoys complete independence. For long stays, keep in mind that every 3 or 4 days I have to go take care of the chickens (especially in summer) and once a week (approximately) to mow the garden lawn. You can park anywhere on the property EXCEPT IN THE SUNNY AREA AROUND THE HOUSE OR IN THE LANDSCAPED AREA WITH GRASS.
