GreenChromide Munroe Island Homestay

Green Chromide homestay is a simple yet luxurious waterfront homestay located in an Island called Munroe Island in Kollam district, South of Kerala. The standard bedroom with AC is on the first floor of the homestay building with shared living space. Staying at our homestay is definitely a wonderful opportunity to experience the real essence of Kerala and of course with a lovely family to take care of you. The space Our house is simple yet with all modern amenities and with a contemporary look. The property is along the riverside with private beach with hammocks to relax along the riverside. We provide authentic homely Kerala style veg and non-veg meals. Specialized in fish curry and fish fries. Especially the Green chromide Fish pollichadu!! Bedroom: The Air conditioned(AC) bedroom is on the first floor of the building with queen sized bed with attached bathroom and wardrobe. Living Room : Sofa set with centre table comfortably sits 5, 1 Ceiling fan, 1 LED television. Dining area : Dining table with 6 chairs, 1 Ceiling fan. Dining are Washrooms : Each with a washbasin, tap with hot/ cold water and mirror. 1 European WC, Shower with hot and cold water. Other items included : Iron with ironing board will be provided on request, Free wireless Wi Fi( not high speed) for basic use and a free Car parking facility. Bi-Cycles are available with very nominal charges. Guest access Guest have access to most of the areas of the home, which includes the common living area, dining area, riverside area. During your stay We want the guest to feel at home. Will provide necessary assistance and required information in case of any need. Your holiday is our top priority. Other things to note This standard AC room can accommodate one extra guest at an additional charges. Along with the standard AC room we do have a riverfront independent wooden cottage within the same premises.
