I designed it years ago to be both functional for my work-from-home life and relaxing as a single career woman. Now that I’m a mom, I don’t stay here as often, but whenever I’m back in Manila, this condo still feels like my personal retreat. That’s why I’d love to share it with you—I only ask that you treat it as your own. 💛 ✨ The Space Perched on the 32nd floor of Tower D in Jazz Residences, this cozy 1BR corner unit is bright, peaceful, and safe—tucked beside the fire exit for extra comfort of mind. From here, you’ll enjoy a quieter atmosphere compared to other units. The kitchen is complete with everything you need for light cooking: rice cooker, toaster, water filter & heater, cooking pans, plates, and utensils for two. The bedroom features a split-type aircon (quiet & efficient) and an orthopedic bed to ensure restful sleep after a day in the city. ✨ What You’ll Enjoy • Fast internet (up to 100MBPS) • Prime Video for cozy nights in • Access to lobby, lounge, playground, landscaped gardens & jogging paths. • Towels & fresh beddings (extras for longer stays) 🎁 Bathroom Kit with; Toothbrush, Shampoo, toothpaste, soap. 🎁 For stays longer than 3 months: I CAN GIVE ALL ACCESS TO THE POOL. 🏊🏻‍♂️ 📌For short stays, pool access is available at a rate of PHP 150 on regular days and 300 on weekends - you can buy tickets directly from the admin at the 2nd flr. ✨ Location Perks Our lobby exit connects directly to Jazz Mall—you’ll find restaurants like Vikings, plus a spa, dental clinic, and convenience services right next door. Everything you need is just steps away. Guest access ✨ Safety & Security The building offers 24/7 security, CCTV in common areas, automatic fire detection, and a generator set. Since this is a corner unit, there’s even a camera in the hallway just outside the door (but of course, never inside the unit). ✨ Extra Notes • Pool access is available for a small fee ( PHP 150 per head on regular days and PHP 300 on weekends and holidays) • Gym use is for long-term residents and unit owners only. Apologies, gym access is not included even for long stays. • Government ID or passport copies are required for building entry. • Check-in: 2–6 PM (documents needed by 3 PM). Check-out: 12 noon. 📌 Late Checkout: 250 per hour after 12noon to be paid to the cleaning team. 🌸 I’m also an Airbnb traveler, so I know how important it is to feel at home. For stays longer than 2 weeks ( 14 days), we require additional cleaning of the flat on guest's expense at 750 per cleaning. I will send a professional cleaning service to ensure the place is clean for your enjoyable stay.
