Effingham Living 20 min -FMU & Airport 25 min-mall

We have a one story 2100 square foot with plenty of room.A big yard with a nice deck to sit on if you like to enjoy the outside.Front porch with a swing.We are only 15 mins to Florence.Lots of restaurants & shopping..Ten mins to Francis Marion University..We love to have people stay with us.. The space You will be able to use the kitchen with space in the frig & freezer.dining room can be used for study or laptop.All living areas are yours except our bedroom & beyond...Bath off of kitchen & you have a shared bath & private bedroom.Deck & pool are accessible also.,no lifeguard ,swim at own risk.Hot tub isn’t available to guest.There is a small faucet in the kitchen which has filtered water.Please lock front door after entering & leaving.Thanks & enjoy your stay. Guest access You can use the bathroom off of the kitchen,all living area except our bedroom & past that..Dining area can be used for study,laptop,eating,etc..Feel free to use the living room..Your bedroom & bathroom. You can help yourself to coffee if u like.there is some sweetner on the counter as well as sugar. During your stay We could be here when you arrive..It is a self check in.There is a keypad on the door..we will give you a code.we will be here for you if you need anything.text or call..If you like your privacy that’s fine too. Other things to note Absolutely no partying,loud noise,no smoking..Can smoke outside..No profanity.No one allowed except the one mentioned unless prior arrangements are made..If you have any cans,bottles,any thing that could be recycled there will be a plastic bag hanging on the door by the frig.Please place items in this bag & Not in the trash can.Thanks..
