"Munchkin's Muse" is located on a popular holiday park in coastal mid west Wales. Not overlooked, being nestled at the foot of 430ft high Constitution Hill the path over which forms part of The Ceredigion Coastal Path and from the top of which you can enjoy panoramic views of Cardigan Bay, The Llyn Peninsula, Snowdonia and the nearby university town of Aberystwyth. The property is located on the top row of the park and affords fantastic views over the park to the sea and surrounding countryside. The space Refurbishment having been completed in May 2019 the property is accessed via a few steps from the side parking bay to the front seating area then enter through double patio door into the comfortable communal lounge, and kitchen area, corridor off which leads to bunks room, double bedroom and shower room. Some previous guests have said about a lack of hot water this was due to low on site water pressure this has now been resolved there is a hot water tap in kitchen that gives instant hot water and the shower(as first guest says) is piping hot so be careful and basin also gives out hot water too. Additional sofa bed in lounge brings sleeping capacity to maximium of 6 but is more comfortable for four, extra charge for fifth and sixth guests due to laundry charge. You are welcome to bring upto 2 (site accepted) well behaved dogs with you at no additional charge. Important - any damages other than minor everyday accidents must be paid for however caused. If you inadvertently drop a cup please advise me so that I can ensure there remain enough for future guests to use. Private free parking for the chalet is on a lawned area directly to the side of the property across which a small dwarf wall separates the rear seating area with table and chairs for your use during your stay. Umbrellas are provided for use during your stay. Make sure to drain them (in the shower cubicle) before replacing them in the umbrella stand to avoid water damage to flooring and furnishings. Torches are provided for emergencies or for a late night return from your day out. Please do not remove them from the property. There is an iron and ironing board within the property for your use during your holiday. Please note all beds will be made up ready for your stay ie pillow cases quilt covers bottom sheets all you will need to bring is your own towels and tea towels as they are not provided in price they can be provided for an extra cost. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all area within the property along with both front and rear seating areas and designated parking area. Other things to note Site WiFi is available for a small additional fee but I find that I can access the internet on my phone from the property and also from the club for no fee only my own service charge. Up date there is free WIFI in the chalet for the use of guests the WIFI password will be given when you have booked your stay. There is no mains gas supply to any of the chalets or caravans on site. Each property has their own gas bottles connected which unforunatley do not measure how much is left to use so it is inevitable that at some point the gas may run out on someone. If this happens to you just give me a call and I will arrange for the site to deliver a new one at their earliest convenience. We cannot prevent this occurence but will make every effort to rectify it should it happen during your stay. We do everything within our power to make sure that the gas does not run out but we do not know how much each guest will use during their stay.
