La Coline de Dijon, bed and breakfast

La Coline offers a bed and breakfast service (physical reception, advice, accommodation and breakfast) in a peaceful village north of Dijon. For more privacy and independence, we offer a single room: Effet Papillons is equipped for 1, 2 or 3 people. It is located on the 1st floor of our house. We have a garden enclosed by high walls ensuring calm and discretion, parking on the property, free Wi-Fi, living room equipped with kitchen reserved for guests. The space Ideally located in the countryside but a few minutes from the center of Dijon, it is the perfect place to visit the city and the region while staying in the quiet of a village. For athletes, many opportunities for hiking (Val Suzon Nature Park...), trail, cyclo... Norge golf course nearby, Dijon Prenois motor racing circuit a few km away. Zenith concert hall 3 km away. Parking relay 2 km from the house to get to Dijon by tram. Access to north and south highways is very close. Guest access The Butterfly Effect room is a large room (15 m2) located on the 1st floor of the owners' house (the owners live on the ground floor) and the floor is dedicated to guests. The bedroom is equipped with a 140 double bed and a 90 single bed and has a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Private toilet. Large closed wall cabinet, office console... Mix of antique furniture and a contemporary touch. A living room with kitchenette reserved for guests in an outbuilding of the house allows those who wish to prepare meals (in winter, we recommend that guests who wish to use the kitchen inform us when booking to provide comfortable heating). Charming flea market-style garden, fully enclosed by walls, large terrace, awning, library, board games, free Wi-Fi... In the bed and breakfast spirit that we favor, breakfast is served in our living room in winter and in the garden in summer and we are available to our guests to exchange, suggest and share our favorites. A barn is accessible for bicycles, motorcycles... Of course we provide a physical welcome (no key box or digicode here). That's why we recommend adhering to check-in and check-out times. Note: Please let us know if you have a group of more than 2 or 3 people During your stay Very good knowledge of the region and its cultural and natural heritage (picturesque villages, forests, vineyards, gastronomy...). We have a long practice of nature sports and can suggest different hiking, running, trails, cycling, mountain biking... We can design for you (for free) customized tours according to your desires for an original discovery of the most beautiful sites in the region. Other things to note For safety reasons, we have chosen not to offer a crib. We advise parents to bring their own baby crib. We have a baby bath and high chair. The room is located on the 1st floor of the house. Access is via a wide comfortable staircase with ramp. The floor is for guests only.
