You will not have access to the shed, one master wardrobe or granny flat. Other things to note When the main house is rented out, the host stays adjacent in a granny flat. This is NOT a party house. No loud, rowdy or rude guests will be tolerated. No music is to be played outside the house at any time. We have a strict 10pm cut off to outdoor noise and activity. If your group is heard after this time outdoors, you will receive a courtesy message to move indoors. If you do not follow these rules, you will be immediately escorted off the property. This is where we live and we are very respectful of our adjoining neighbors and expect you to be too. Being in the valley, noise does travel to adjacent acreage neighbours and we like to be respectful. This listing is strictly for those staying at the property.
