With your own private parking and entrance available, deck, equipped kitchen, fenced-in backyard, bathroom and laundry on-site, we have all of your needs covered! Guest access The entire Benton House is yours! Feel free to hang out in the backyard or on the deck on sunny days or warm summer nights, or take a short walk over to Historic Main Street. You'll find shopping, coffee, restaurants, and nightlife within walking and biking distance, and there is plenty of free parking throughout the area! Other things to note COVID-19 special note ***** Please be aware that safety and cleanliness are our top priority during these trying times. We would like you to know all of the steps we take to ensure cleanliness. First we have minimized the amount of touchable items in the house. Allowing everything in the house to be easily disinfected that anyone may touch. We have waterproof- breathable pillow cases on every pillow, as well as mattresses. All bedding is cleaned after each stay. Windows are open with fresh air flowing into the house while its deeply cleaned for 2-3 hours. We go above and beyond when it comes to cleaning. Security Disclaimer ***** We have two exterior cameras only. One at the front door on the doorbell, and the second in the backyard facing any cars that might be parked on the parking pad.
