Our place is situated on Lake Eildon with beautiful views overlooking the Lake. A 15-minute drive from the restaurants, hotels & coffee shops which line Mansfield. Also, a short drive from Mt Buller (30 minutes to the foot of the mountain). Our place is fantastic for couples and families who are looking to spend time together with lake-views and a cosy fireplace, brand new kitchen, with dishwasher, oven and a large outdoor spa amongst a number of quality amenities. The space Our house provides stunning views of Lake Eildon. The kitchen was renovated in 2018 to an excellent standard with immaculate stainless-steel finishes. An outdoor deck leads to a magnificent spa. A warm fireplace is located within a beautiful open plan living and dining area with bi-fold doors leading out to an extended deck, where you can sit and enjoy views of the Lake and watch the sunset whilst relaxing with a drink. The recently renovated kitchen offers a great large space with numerous appliances including toasters’, kettle, microwave and much more. There is a also large pantry for easy storage of food items, large sink with loads of bench space, a large fridge/freezer & a stainless steel gas stove oven and grill. The bathroom consists of a shower with a separate laundry sink (Guests to bring their own bath and swimming towels) in additional is a front loader washing machine (7.5kg). There is undercover carport parking, and storage. Enough room provided to fit a medium-sized boat. There is also a downstairs living area with a wide flat screen TV which provides a separate living area, which is great for separating the kids and adults! Bedroom 2 Queen bed, plus two single bunk beds, carpeted floor surfaces, chest of drawers (Sleeps 3). Located on the first floor. Also includes a Futon, which folds out to a small double bed. Bedroom 3 Double bed carpeted floor surfaces, open hanging space, heating/cooling to suit (sleeps 2). Located on the third floor. Bedroom 4 Bunk beds. Upper bunk single and below bunk double. Carpeted floor surfaces. Located on the third floor.
