Nikiti pine forest detached house

A fully stocked airy detached summer house, surrounded by a dense pine forest, that can host up to 5 people or even 9 people (by renting our caravan, based in the same plot). The space Our airy, family detached summer house, is located between Metamorfosi and Nikiti villages (2kms after Metamorfosi and 5kms before Nikiti), 250m from the sea, in between a dense pine forest and olive trees. The distance from Thessaloniki is 95kms and from Thessaloniki “Macedonia” airport is 80kms. It is a detached house in a private, fully fenced plot of 500sq.m., completely secure for children playing outside in the garden or for pets. Also there is space for free car parking, next to the entrance of the plot. Our house can accommodate up to 5 people. In the corner of the plot there is a caravan, which can host up to 4 persons (if you are a big company) for a little more money. We accept pets, but they have to stay strictly outside in the garden. Living room and kitchen The living room consists of one traditional wooden sofa/bed (sleeps one person), plasma tv set, a coffee-table, a dining table and a second table that opens. In the nearby kitchen area you will find a fully functional and equipped kitchen, ready to serve all your kitchen needs. There is a fridge, electric cooker, kitchenette, coffee machine, toaster and a large variety of kitchen appliances such as pots, utensils, pans, plates, bowls, table-clothes, as well as spices, salt, sugar, coffee etc. Bathroom In the fully equipped bathroom, there is a shower cabin and a washing machine. Master bedroom In the master bedroom there is a wooden double bed, bedside table, mirror and comfortable closet. Second bedroom In the other room there are two traditional wooden sofas, identical to the one in the living room, which can either stay independent or put together to form a double bed, bedside table and a comfortable closet. In all the house doors and windows there are mosquito nets. In the garden Next to the entrance of the house there is an elevated veranda, from which you can enjoy the view and smell of the nearby pine forest and gaze in the background the sea. A big umbrella and a dining table, promise relaxed moments all day long, being an ideal place to start the day with a nice breakfast or to end the day gazing at the blue of the sea and the stars. The adjacent relaxed green garden has olive trees, an apricot and a pear and you are most welcome to try our small organic produce. The barbeque is yours to use and next to it there is a sink and an outdoor shower. The kids will love the swing and the other toys we will provide them with. At night the whole garden is very efficiently lit all around. In the corner of the plot there is a caravan, that has four beds, a plasma tv set, chemical toilette, closet and mosquito nets. If you are a bigger company you can rent it for ten euros per person per day. We will gladly provide you for free with sun-umbrellas. Welcome to your...
