The space 🌴My apartment balcony is facing directly to the swimming pools ... 🌴Seafood restaurants , massage centres , souvenir , duty free & convenient shops=5-8 minutes of walking distance... NOTE:Walking time is estimated based on healthy adults. 🌴All tourist attractions in PANGKOR ISLAND=3-8 minutes of driving from my apartment... When you visit my apartment, i give you my assurance that what you get is what you see from the photos posted here. CLEAN, NEW , TIDY & FRESH. PROPERTY LAYOUT: ⭐APARTMENT (on 2nd floor. Staircase= totally 40 steps only. No lift) ⭐3 BEDROOMS (each bedroom can fit in 4 guests) ⭐2 BATHROOMS ⭐LIVING ROOM ⭐BALCONY(with swimming pool view & nice faraway view.) ⭐KITCHEN ( Special eating utensils for MUSLIM. As such ,you MUST HONESTLY provide the EXACT number of guests ( including CHILDREN & INFANTS) in the booking system. CCTV outside the entrance is for security and to monitor headcount. Guests who are DISHONEST with the head count in the booking system and then arrive for check in with extra head/s ( including CHILDREN & INFANTS) will be charged 50 Ringgit cash per extra head per night. Guests who fail to pay for the extra head/s are not allowed to check in , door will auto lock and NO REFUND !. HOUSE RULES / TERMS: 1) Check in after 3pm. 2) Check out before 12pm(100 RINGGIT PENALTY for late check out , after 12.15pm)... 3) STRICTLY NO SMOKING( 200 RINGGIT PENALTY if found smoking inside apartment... 4)NO HEAVY COOKING.. 5)Please keep the apartment clean & tidy. 6)NO party or event. 7)DO NOT wear shoes inside . 8) STRICTLY NO PETS , NO DURIAN & MANGOSTEEN. 9)DO NOT take away anything in the apartment. 10)DO NOT REMOVE the beds. 11)NO drinks and foods on beds. 12)Strong smelling raw seafoods are not allowed to keep inside the apartment and fridge. 13)Extra cash is to charge on you if things found broken as a result of your carelessness. 14)We apologize as we do not provide the service of keeping luggages before check in and after check out. 15)Please lock the doors and windows before going out. 16) Cancellation within 7 days before check inl date, Failure to arrive or no-show(on whatever reason)=NO REFUND , NO DATE POSTPONEMENT and NO change of booking ownership. 17)NO durian , mangosteen & cempedak fruits in APARTMENT ... 18)To book on behalf of other party must first obtain permission from us. Violation of this term=NO CHECK IN ALLOWED & NO REFUND 19) Change of booking ownership / date is not allowed. No check in allowed & no refund will be given if guests violate this term. 20)NO portable stereo speakers allowed. 21)To respect the neighbors,pls tune down your noise / voice after 10pm. 22) You are required to bank in 200 RINGGIT refundable security deposit to the host 3 days before your check in date.
