Strictly no smoking inside the unit. Guest access Building amenities are not available for use during the ECQ. Other things to note With the declaration that Metro Manila will shift from modified ECQ to General Community Quarantine (GCQ) beginning June 1st, 2020, the property shall implement the following basic health protocols under the “new normal” condition.  These are the mitigating measures and containment under GCQ. Minimum 2 night stay required. 1)    No Face Mask, No Entry 2)   Social distancing applicable at all times in the lobby, elevators, hallways, swimming pool area 3)    The Gym, swimming pool, resident lounge, and function room will remain closed. 4) Foreign guests or Filipino Balikbayans holding foreign passports are required to submit a copy of their passport with the latest entry stamped showing at least 14 days from the date of arrival in the Philippines. 5) Foreign and Balikbayan guests who are short of the required 14 days from the date of arrival will have to submit the following: a. Medical Certificate from a certified physician for proof that he/she is COVID free. b. Or provide a copy of the antibody rapid test or RT-PCR result showing negative. 6) Failing to meet health protocol will be denied entry and reported to Barangay and Health Center.   7)   Food and other such deliveries will have to be picked up at the guards station by the main entrance. 8)  NO loitering at the lobby, NO mass gatherings and NO eating in communal areas.
