This NOT so tiny, tiny home is located across from the bay, has everything needed to enjoy your vacation. Completely remodeled in 2017. Shabby chic, beach decor, Q sized bed, 2 stuffed chairs & complete kitchen. Screened in porch, dining area, chairs. Relax with a beverage & enjoy the amazing view of the bay. Affordable small family (2 adults 1 small child) vacation or romantic getaway. Professionally cleaned after each guest stay. Bathroom is small with corner shower. Pet policy in listing The space This tiny house is nearly 400 SQ feet and was completely gutted and remodeled in 2017 then updated in 2021. It has a separate alcove bedroom and a spacious living area. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for meal prep and is well equipped. Step out onto the large screened in porch and enjoy your view of the bay. Dine at the built in table and benches on the porch or have a fire outside in the fire pit. This not so tiny tiny home has all you need for a week at the shore and is stylishly decorated. There is plenty of parking and even room enough for your boat. We allow only dogs, one medium sized dog 55lbs. or two small (15 lbs or less each) dogs. Carrabelle is a dog friendly town and beach. Restaurants with outdoor areas allow dogs too. Guests can use the yard to walk their dogs or sit out and star gaze. With little light pollution on a clear night the stars light up the sky. We live on the premises (nextdoor) we are available for any needs but also give our guests complete privacy. Come and forget your cares at the Forgotten Coast. Guest access Guests have access to the yard and sole use of the fire pit and charcoal grill. Other things to note Guests checking in on Sundays must check in after 5 PM. This allows us time to clean after previous guest checkout.
