Crepe Myrtle is a charming traditional 'old Mobile Bay home'. It is located on Mobile Bay and has been our family retreat for over 30 years. Located 4.5 miles past the Grand Hotel and about 12 minutes from Fairhope, it is close to shopping and restaurants. The approx. 3000 sq.ft fully air-conditioned and heated house includes a large glassed-in porch stretching across the front of the house offering waterfront views with spectacular sunsets. Sit on the outdoor front patio under the old Live Oak trees or take a stroll out on the pier to swim, fish or crab off the deck. We have 100 feet on the bay with a large manicured front and back yard. Chose from multiple spots within the house for sitting or dining or just getting away from it all. Six flat screen TVs are scattered throughout the house. Steaming TV via Internet, wi-fi, and telephone available. The fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, includes a refrigerators, dishwasher, new convection double ovens, new disposal, gas cook top, toaster oven, microwave, and many small appliances. Washer and dryer located in laundry room off the kitchen. The three bedrooms have 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 7 twins are located on the sleeping porch. The master bedroom has a separate bathroom with tub and shower and granite counter top vanities. The guest bathroom has also been newly remodeled with granite counter tops and walk-in shower and is shared by the 2 guest bedrooms. We are very proud of our house and keep it immaculate shape. Unfortunately we are UNABLE TO HOST WEDDINGS, RECEPTIONS, OR OTHER LARGE PARTIES. Occupancy is limited to the 13 registered guests.
