This luxurious suite is situated in a newly built apartment building in St. Paul's Bay. The complex is home to six individual apartments, and this particular one on the top floor can sleep two people, has a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a living space with a TV. And as a huge plus, there is a big balcony overlooking the bay. The apartment was built by continental standards, it is soundproof and thermally insulated, so it keeps warm in winter. The space The apartment is newly built and was designed with a lot of thought and care to make sure it's the perfect holiday spot that leaves nothing to be desired. All the equipment and furniture were carefully selected, and it has everything to make your holiday unforgettable. ATTENTION! A new building is under construction on the site right next to us, due to which considerable noise can be expected from Monday to Saturday between 7 am and 8 pm (except holidays). This is factored into the pricing and no further discounts can be applied. Please keep this in mind if you book. The apartment is fully air conditioned and situated on the sixth (top) floor of the building. Entry is into the dining area, to the right of which is a living space with a sofa. This is the area that overlooks the bay with huge windows and direct access to the spacious terrace that offers breathtaking views of the bay. To the left of the entrance is the sizeable fully equipped kitchen, which enables you to prepare any meal you wish. As you progress through the apartment, you can find the bedroom at the end of the passage, equipped with a queen size bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. And finally, on this end of the apartment is a terrace which, just like the balcony, is a nice place to have a meal or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Unlike many other apartments this one was built by continental standards. So it is soundproof and thermally insulated, so it keeps warm even in the winter! Guest access You'll have the whole apartment to yourselves with no spaces shared with others and full access to all amenities, with the only exception of the travel cot and high chair. We have three of each in total for all six apartments, and can only provide them if they are not in use elsewhere. So please ask in advance to see what's available, and note that their weight limit is 15 kg. In Beachaven, the bar right below the building in the bay, our guests can reserve sun loungers during the main season (while they are open, from May until around September depending on the weather). No fee applies, just make at least one courtesy order from their menu. Other things to note Tourist tax The sum you pay on Airbnb includes local tourist tax, no other charges apply. Linen and towels There is bed linen and a set of towels for each guest. There is no daily cleaning or linen/towel change. If you need extra, please bring your own, or you can request more before arrival at an additional cost (please message us for details). Consumables You will find a reasonable amount of consumables as per the list of amenities, such as kitchen basics, welcome coffee, toiletries (in dispensers), toilet paper, etc. Should any of this run out, please buy more at the supermarket like you would at home.
