The authentic, downtown Sevilla welcomes you. 3-bedroom flat within the old city wall. Inspired by the city's Arabic past, furnished from Sevillan artisans and local markets. Abundantly equipped for maximum comfort. Air conditioning & heating in every room. Authentic, up-coming neighbourhood, at walking distance from the sightseeing treasures (look for 'palacio de las Dueñas'). We invest in sustainable tourism, we try to make tis flat eco- and local-friendly (more information below). The space OUR PERSONAL TIPS: We want to offer a place to visitors to go adventure as we do. We made our own collection of advices and tips of where to go, eat, see flamenco, so that you don't have to get stuck in the beaten tourist track. ARABIC ACCENTS: Sevilla's Arabic past is often hidden, although it is very clear. Our love for Sevilla's arabic past inspired us to decorate the appartment with Mozarab and Mudejar elements. ECO-FRIENDLY: We invest as much as we can in making this appartment eco- and local-friendly. We believe in sustainable tourism based on respect and balance. The electricity comes from a renewable energy distribution company, of which we are clients and also shareholders. We buy as much furniture (and food) as possible in eco-conscious, second-hand, and/or artisany shops. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposition. Other things to note Airconditioning in every room, kitchen fully equipped and bathroom with products you can use.
