A Seaside Hideaway in Central Penzance Location

A quiet, tucked away bolt hole, fantastically located a moments walk from Penzance train station, bus station, town and The Promenade/Sea Front. A lovely short walk to the Jubilee Pool & all the attractions of West Cornwall. The flat is on the ground floor of a converted warehouse formally a local bakery! We cannot give you sea views but we can give you the perfect, cosy, getaway with king size bed, Sky TV and rainfall shower No Parking on site but long stay Harbourside carpark moments away. The space This is a ground floor flat in a converted warehouse and was recently refurbished (2018). It has its own private entrance to the left side of the main building. It is open plan with a modern kitchen / lounge / diner/ king size bedroom and new shower room with rainfall shower. Amenities provided include SKY Q TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and WiFi. There is a double sofa bed if required in the living area (if there is just 2 guests staying but you require the sofa bed please message to let us know as spare linen for this is not always stored in the flat. There is a £15 laundry surcharge in this instance). Dining table for 2. Kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses and all you can imagine. Fridge with freezer box, single oven, halogen hob with extractor over. We don’t have a washing machine but the launderette is less than a minutes walk on the next corner. The lounge leads onto the Master Bedroom which has a king-size bed fitted with Luxury Egyptian Cotton Sheets. We have a clothes rail with hangers and a large chest of drawers. Plenty of space for you to be able to make yourself at home and not have to live out of a suitcase. In the shower room is a ceramic wash hand basin with mirror over, a ceramic wc and large shower enclosure with beautiful rainfall shower plus normal hand held shower attachment. There is also a heated towel rail. . Guest access The door key is in a coded box so you can self check in after 3pm. The code will be provided once you confirm your booking. The Flat is called "Seaside Hideaway", with private access down the slope on the left of the building. We recommend this Flat for people who struggle with stairs or have limited mobility. There are no stairs either inside the Apartment nor outside, just one small step up to the front door. Although we aim to be as helpful as possible we do work and have young children so we are not always available to get to the flat immediately. Therefore please save the check in instructions somewhere you will have access to them on the day. Often people arrive without having looked at check in details and if you are from overseas you may not have access to wi fi once you have left home. Other things to note There is no sea view. We also have a 1 bedroom apartment in the same building which may be available should you need further accommodation. Contact us for availability.
