It is at the Center of the University Belt and within walking distance to fast-food chains, churches, convenient stores, and markets—in proximity to historic sites heading to Intramuros, Luneta, and National Museum. The space The unit can accommodate four guests. Queen-size bed/ double deck 32-inch tv with Netflix Guest access Check in is 6pm onwards and check out is 4pm of your check out date. Early check in is only possible if the previous date is not booked by 6pm. Please inquire for availability. If early check in is possible, earliest you can check in is 12nn and your check out time will be adjusted accordingly and an additional Php100 pesos per hour will be charged for staying beyond the adjusted check out time which you will pay at the lobby upon check out. Hourly extension is strictly not allowed beyond 4pm. After 4pm, items/things left by guests in the unit will be moved to building storage so we can start cleaning the unit.. Each person must present valid Ids to enter the building. Other things to note No pets allowed. The maximum no of Guests allowed is four. There will be charges for additional guests. Visiting hours is 6am until 10 pm. A maximum of 6 people at a time are allowed inside the unit, including guests. Additional beds, matresses and anything alike will not be provided as the unit is meant for 4 persons only.
